Cayla received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and associate degree in business administration from Southwest AG University, summa cum laude. While at Southwest AG University, Cayla participated in many programs dedicated to service including outreaches to the homeless community of Dallas and community clean-up projects. After completing her undergraduate studies, Cayla attended Baylor Law School where she received her Juris Doctor, After completing her undergraduate studies, Cayla attended Baylor Law School where she received her Juris Doctor, cum laude.

Sandy Bahle – Senior Paralegal
Sandy works side by side with Joe from the onset of the case. She maintains all files and materials, performs legal research and helps Joe organize the facts and shape them into a strong argument for presentation to the courts or alternative dispute resolution forums.


Jill Lucé – CFO
Jill manages the administrative aspects of our clients’ cases. Jill handles all the finances, operations, administrative, and related issues. She works quietly behind the scenes doing all the heavy lifting, ensuring the efficient operations of Lucé Evans Law.
She ensures the office runs smoothly from day to day, and spearheads initiatives that enable us to serve our clients more efficiently and comfortably. Jill enjoys time with her and Joe’s four children, traveling with Joe, cooking/food, shopping, and the beach.
Jenn Hughes – Paralegal
While Jenn assists with all practice areas of Lucé Evans Law, her primary focus is helping with matters involving business/corporate, estate planning, probate litigation, real estate, and civil and commercial litigation.

Jenn is the proud mother of two boys who have grown up to be wonderful, genuine and caring young men. Jenn grew up in the East Texas area and enjoys going back to see family often–and while she’s there, she much enjoys eating some good ‘ol chicken fried steak and saw-mill gravy. Jenn is a member of the McKinney Rotary Club and enjoys volunteering in our community. She attends First United Methodist Church in McKinney. She also enjoys “marking things off of my bucket list,” including traveling and taking weekend trips with her friends, junking for vintage/antique items, and taking black and white photos of old country churches. From April thru October, you can find Jenn at the ballpark or in front of a big screen TV enjoying one of her favorite passions: watching major league baseball.

Kristin Bell – Paralegal
Kristin can usually be found with her nose in her book or spending time with her daughter. Kristin enjoys going to movies, the library, and concerts. She is a huge Star Wars fan as well as a huge fan of the “Marvel Universe.”Kristin spends her weekends hanging out with family and friends and is always looking for new fun things to discover in the metroplex. She attends church at Christ United Methodist Church in Plano where she also enjoys assisting with the children’s ministry. “May the force be with you.”
Simona Moyers – Paralegal
Simona is native Romanian where she attended Romanian-German Law School. After being in the United States for 19 years, she continued pursuing the legal field due to a strong desire to help others. She has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Kaplan University while working full time as a paralegal in family law, estate and probate, and assisting law firms with all office operations in Victoria, Texas.

When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with her son Alex, and enjoying a variety of other activities like painting, reading, listening to classical and Jazz music, jogging, and playing tennis. She is new to North Texas and eager to learn and explore the area.

Kim Hall – Paralegal
Kim is an experienced paralegal who previously worked in Idaho and Florida on a wide range of litigation related cases. At Luce’ Evans, she handles Civil Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Probate Litigation and Personal Injury matters.
When not making a positive difference in the lives of clients helping advance their cases, Kim enjoys traveling and photography, reading and painting.
Holly McKim Martin – Intake Coordinator, Paralegal
Holly is a paralegal with a broad background in many different areas of law, allowing her mobility and flexibility within the Luce’ Evans team. Her primary focus is coordinating between the team and potential new clients, guiding the process to ensure that potential new clients are met with compassion and respect and given the immediate and individual attention they deserve. Holly has a strong work ethic and believes that caring about our clients is the most important component of working in law.

Holly is a proud wife and mother. Her husband, Juan, is a small business owner in McKinney and her daughter, Ashlyn, is a senior at Oklahoma State University. They bring her the greatest of joys. Holly is originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas and loves the Razorbacks. She was raised in a family full of strong, southern women and her foundation is rooted firmly in the ideals of faith, family, and tradition.
She is a member of First United Methodist Church in McKinney. Holly is also an avid reader and enjoys college football, comic books, music, and spending time with her family. Holly has an award winning smile and engaging spirit which reflects her genuine, warm, and caring spirit.

Elizabeth Box – Front Office and Operations Manager
Elizabeth has a unique empathy and compassion for the clients and families Lucé Evans Law represents as she was once represented by Lucé Evans Law herself. It is her desire to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. Elizabeth graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and soon after married her best friend, Barry Box.
They are the proud parents of two sons; Loren and Levi. Elizabeth attends Grace Bible Fellowship Church where she teaches Sunday school for 4 and 5 year old’s and assists with the church’s biblical counseling ministry on Thursday evenings. In her personal time, Elizabeth is involved in Bible studies, biblical counseling, and wood working. She also is active in hiking, cycling, turning wood, refinishing furniture, home improvement, and sheep farming. Elizabeth also enjoys traveling to the beach and mountains.
Jackson Lucé – Business Manager
Jackson brings a diverse array of talents to Lucé Evans Law. Jackson leads special projects on specific cases and is involved with developing cases and strategy including investigation, research, and presentations.

He works hand in hand with attorneys, paralegals, investigators, clients, and consultants coordinating special components of various cases, performing legal research, creating presentations, and preparing various documents and information for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. He also helps handling the finances, day to day operations, and office administration.
Jackson played college baseball in Missouri and ended up earning his Criminal Justice Degree in 2016, graduating Cum Laude from The University of North Texas. Jackson is an avid sports fan who enjoys snowboarding, fly fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities.
