LeAnn W. Diamond* – Family Law & Civil Litigation
LeAnn is a Board Certified Civil Trial Law Attorney with 27 years of experience handling family law and civil litigation matters in Texas and in neighboring states, in both state and federal courts. LeAnn has tried over 30 cases to juries during her career in a number of counties in Texas and in Oklahoma, and was hired by the State of California in a contested child custody matter. LeAnn now focuses her time and attention on the preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adoption, divorce, child custody, modification, enforcement, support, and other family law disputes and issues. She is also a trained family law mediator. In addition to LeAnn’s family law practice, she represents individuals and small businesses in disputes involving breach of contract, Deceptive Trade and Practices Act violations, fraud, disparagement and negligence issues.
Mary Beth Sullivan
Mary Beth primarily focuses on Civil Litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases. She has experience working on cases involving collections, commercial litigation, construction, contract disputes, DTPA, employer liability, personal injury, and premises liability. After graduating from Oklahoma City University School of Law, Mary Beth gained invaluable knowledge while working for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. With a focus on property and casualty insurance, she understands the intricacies of the claims process and coverage analysis.
Mary Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society and a student-athlete as a member of the Christian Brothers Women’s Tennis Team.
In her free-time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy and son, Archer.
