Sandy Bahle – Senior Paralegal
Sandy works side by side with Joe from the onset of the case. She maintains all files and materials, performs legal research and helps Joe organize the facts and shape them into a strong argument for presentation to the courts or alternative dispute resolution forums. She has more than 20 years’ experience in civil litigation (both as plaintiff and defendant), wrongful death, personal injury, damage to property, and collections. Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, swimming, camping, and shopping.
Jill Lucé – Office Manager/CFO
Jill manages the administrative aspects of our clients’ cases. Jill handles all the finances, operations, administrative, and related issues. She works quietly behind the scenes doing all the heavy lifting, ensuring the efficient operations of Lucé Law. She ensures the office runs smoothly from day to day, and spearheads initiatives that enable us to serve our clients more efficiently and comfortably. Jill enjoys time with her and Joe’s four children, traveling with Joe (especially to watch the older two boys play college baseball), cooking/food, shopping, and the beach.
Jenn Hughes – Paralegal
While Jenn assists with all practice areas of Luce’ Law, her primary focus is helping with matters involving business/corporate, estate planning, probate litigation, real estate, and civil/commercial litigation.
Jenn is the proud mother of two boys who have grown up to be wonderful, genuine and caring young men. Jenn grew up in the East Texas area and enjoys going back to see family often–and while she’s there, she much enjoys eating some good ‘ol chicken fried steak and saw-mill gravy. Jenn is a member of the McKinney Rotary Club and enjoys volunteering in our community. She attends First United Methodist Church in McKinney. She also enjoys “marking things off of my bucket list,” including traveling and taking weekend trips with her friends, junking for vintage/antique items, and taking black and white photos of old country churches. From April thru October, you can find Jenn at the ballpark or in front of a big screen TV enjoying one of her favorite passions: watching major league baseball.
Kristin Bell – Paralegal
Kristin is a paralegal to Joe. She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and holds a BA in political science & a minor in International Studies. Her Paralegal education is from Collin College. Kristin is licensed in both Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life & Health insurance. Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge to the Lucé Law team. Kristin can usually be found with her nose in her book or spending time with her daughter. Kristin enjoys going to movies, the library, and concerts. She is a huge Star Wars fan as well as a huge fan of the “Marvel Universe.” Kristin spends our weekends hanging out with family and friends and is always looking for new fun things to discover in the metroplex. She attends church at Christ United Methodist Church in Plano where she also enjoys assisting with the children’s ministry. “May the force be with you.”

It is her desire to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. Elizabeth graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and soon after married her best friend, Barry Box. They are the proud parents of two sons; Loren and Levi. Elizabeth attends Grace Bible Fellowship Church where she teaches a women’s Sunday school class and helps with the Church’s biblical counseling ministry on Thursday evenings. He works hand in hand with attorneys, paralegals, investigators, clients, and consultants coordinating special components of various cases, performing legal research, creating presentations, and preparing various documents and information for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. He also helps handling the finances, day to day operations, and office administration.
Jackson played college baseball in Missouri and ended up earning his Criminal Justice Degree in 2016, graduating Cum Laude from The University of North Texas. Jackson is an avid sports fan who enjoys snowboarding, fly fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities.

Her three boys are involved in soccer here in North Texas. They also enjoy attending the First Baptist Church in Allen. She enjoys people as well as working with the professional staff at the Lucé Law firm. As the receptionist, she is eager to greet people with as much help as possible and make them comfortable with the organization and its professional services. Her desire in life is to share Jeremiah 29:11 with those God allows her to get to know along our journey.
